Jon Moore is singer-songwriter from Hamilton, Ontario.

Drawing inspiration from the sound and songwriting of Ben Rector and John Myer, his songs live somewhere between nostalgia and hope, interested in who we were and how it shapes where we are going.

Musically, his new forthcoming CD Wander years, is guitar-driven, organic and lyric-focused, with production built to serve the story.

The goal is music that feels honest and encouraging : nostalgia that doesn't just look backward, but points somewhere ahead.

The first single from soon to be released his new album, Wonder Years, By The Fire, may be the clearest expression of that outlook and will be released on September 30, 2026.

For Jon, writing it has been about romanticizing the past than making peace with it.

The song, By The Fire is Jon's version of an epic campfire singalong-acoustic and organic, with guitars, percussion, keys and pedal steel building into bigger moments.

Much of the track was self-produced and recorded at his studio

These songs are a way of honoring the struggle-saying it was purposeful-and celebrating where it led.
