Young Country Fans may remember Tood Booth as a popular band member. At 28 years old, he was accidently drowned by diving into a private smimming pool in July 1999. He left his wife and son. The band received a terrible setback with the loss of Todd and found it hard to carry on, as Todd was an incredible performer and his showmanship was overwhelming. The band disbanded some time after.
Now in 2014, the band is steaming ahead performing. They perform top 40 hits and many classics. Recently, they performed at The Hockey Hall Of Fame. The band has in the past pereformed at many venues such as: Havelock Jamboree, Burlington Sound of Music, Toronto Skydome, Niagara Festival of Lights, Nashville North, Oshawa Corral, Lil Bighorn, Little Texas and the list goes on.
This is one of a kind Country Band, featuring Chad Slade on lead vocals, covers a multitude of old and new country songs. Chad's unique voice and style favours the audience with music from, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry to name a few.
Young Country has developed a reputation for its high energy shows and unique material. Their stylings are both pleasing to the ear as well as the eye and are sure to entertain your guests with musical fun and excitement.
