Jim Payne and Fergus O'Byrne from Newfoundland and Labrador have released a new CD entitled, Wooden Boats.

Both music artists are traditional music icons and have worked together for the past 30 years, promoting NL musical culture.

Multi-award winners with over a century of experience in the business between them, their new CD, Wooden Boats, is an homage to their seafaring history.

The CD contains 13 songs all original and reflect their collective experience as they toured all over the province as educators, putting thousands of students in touch with their cultural heritage.
