David Spurvey, a Newfoundland Accordion Player

has passed away on October 23, 2024 at age 54.

David leaves behind his wife Cecilia and 2 children,

Madison and Jayden.

David was born in Fox Harbour, NL and for many years

he worked in Ontario until a number of years ago moved

back to NL, got married worked there, raised a family

and played accordion in his spare time.

David had considerable talent and an outstanding

accordion player. He was a loving caring man and

brought smiles into the lives of many people. He was a

remarkable human being , kind, sweet and gentle guy.

He made everyone happy with his music, an amazing

musician, and family man.

He had his own recording studio, and his music can be

heard on many music artist's CD's.

He will be resting at Barrett's Funeral Home in

Mt. Pearl, NL and visitation takes place on October 27

from 2-5 pm and 7 to 9 pm.

Funeral service will be on October 28 at 2 pm.
