The East Coast Music Association (ECMA) has scheduled a press conference to announce the 2021 East Coast Music Award Nominees, as well as the organization's COVID-19 plan, ahead of the 2021 East Coast Music Awards: Festival & Conference in Sydney, NS.

The press conference will take place March 2 in Sydney at 11:00AM (Atlantic). Attendance will be limited to organizers and speakers, and the entire press conference will be live streamed via the ECMA's Facebook and You tube channels.

We're looking forward to returning to Sydney, and are working with government departments and industry stakeholders to deliver an event that's safe and comfortable for everyone involved, said ECMA Chief Executive Officer, Andy McLean (he/him). Our host community is excited to have us back in Sydney for the 33rd ECMAs. We will comply with whatever public health measures are in place at the time, but we are planning and hoping for a hybrid event, with both in-person and online elements; a first of its kind as we start down the road to recovery for the Atlantic music industry.
