Blair Gaudet singer/songwriter at age 58 released his solo debut CD entitled, Storytime on July 13/10 at his hometown Legion. The release party was attended by several hundred people enjoying Blair singing many songs from the new CD and other music artists contributing their music and song throughout the afternoon.

Blair has been writing and singing songs since his teenager years and continues to perform until this very day.The CD was recorded at Danny MacNevin's Bigdogz recording studio and produced by local country music artist, Kurk Bernard who encouraged Blair to record a CD.

The CD is a mix of story-time songs about the Island fishery, relationships, heartache, love and even a song about moonshine-making.

Kurk said he was always impressed with Blair's ability to tell stories through music.

The CD contains 15 songs and here are the titles:

Iaaac's Dream - Back To Paradise - Fisherdad - Romeo and Juliet - The Very Best -MacWilliams Tragedy - Fisherman's Son - The Tuna Song - Dear Marianne - The Forgotten - JC's Dream - Bonnie Bell - Moonshine Song - Guardian Angel - Salute To Two Brave Young Lads
