A Celebration of Newfoundland Music takes place in Cox's Cove (Bay of Islands) Nfld. on July 29th week-end. And what a music celebration it will be! Some of the most talented entertainers from Cox's Cove and beyond will be entertaining the thousands of visitors who are expected to attend the week-end.

A songwriter's circle will open the week-end on July 29, headed up by everyone's favourite hometown guy, LUKE COX who was born in Cox's Cove and now lives in Brampton, Ont. The popular up-coming Nfld. band, The Landmen will help Luke in the circle.

On July 30, the concert will be headed up by MARTY DELANEY and DEREK PILGRIM. The grand finale concert which will star some of Newfoundland's most popular music artists. Living Legend, ROY PAYNE will head up the concert along with; DEREK PILGRIM on bass-ROY PENNEY on lead guitar-DAVE SPURVEY on accordion and LUKE COX on drums.
