A NEWFOUNDLAND STORE WITH A DIFFERENCE

The Freezerland store is located in Brampton, at 7875 Dixie Rd., just south of Steeles. It is owned and operated by Maurice and Nancy Wilhelm. The store is hugh with all kinds of Newfoundland Products from Frozen Foods to Clothing to CD's and Tapes to Souvenirs to Specialty Products to Freezers and Fridges.

People from over 390 Newfoundland Communities shop at Freezerland. To look at all the store has to offer, it certainly makes you feel a part of Newfoundland. With coolers full of buckets of salt beef, as well as bologna, turkey necks, steaks, vegetables, and much more, appeals to every Newfoundlander.

A large Newfoundland Map on The Wall created by Nancy, draws much attention to all the Newfoundland customers. Every customer stops to gaze at the map which shows where customers come from in Newfoundland. So in return, the new customer places a flag on their own hometown. Through this process, they may find their long lost friends on the map who shop at Freezerland and even meet new friends in the process.

Customers can even pick up Atlantic Seabreeze Newspaper and The Downhomer Magazine at the store.
