Jay Sparrow is a singer/songwriter from a small farming community in Alberta. He recently released in 2014 his sixth album entitled, Bluebird.He won the CBC Great Canadian Song quest in 2009 for the song Ballad of Mary White. At the Western Canadian Music Awards he won the XM Radio Future Superstar Award and nominated for Songwriter of the year.

He has toured all over North America with stops at South By Southwest, North By Northeast, Canadian Music Week, Junofest, Western Canada Music Awards, New Music West, COCA, Indie Week, ED Fest and Burlington Sound Of Music.

His music was featured in films that opened in many international film festivals.

Jay produced records for a wide range of artists. He is the founding founder of a revolutionary on-line market place for discovering music. He is also active in raising funds for a variety of Charitable organizations.
