One of the world's country music legends, Kenny Rogers has passed away on Friday, March 21 in Georgia USA of natural causes at age 81. Kenny had been performing for 6 decades and retired in 2015. His last performance was at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on October 25, 2017. He touched millions of fans throughout the world. Since then, his health was deteriorating.

*Inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame 2013

*Had 24 #1 Hits

*Sold 50 million albums in USA alone

*Received 6 Country Music Awards

*Won 3 Grammy Awards

*Known for his famous songs: Lucille-We've Got Tonight-Island In The Streams with Dolly Parton-Through The Years-The Gambler

*In 1978 The Gambler inspired multiple number of Movies with Rogers as the main character

*In 1985 he was part of the original recording of We Are The World

*He retired in 2015

*He was married 5 times with his last marriage to Wanda Miller on June 1, 1997 and had twin sons

*His final performance was at the Bridgetown Arena in Nashville on October 25, 2017 with hundreds of country artists performing.

There will be a small private service out of concern for the COVID-19 Virus and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
