Over 80 international delegates from the United States, Canada, Denmark, France, Sweden, Germany, Australia and the United Kingdom will descend upon Halifax, Nova Scotia for the 30th anniversary celebration of the East Coast Music Awards: Festival and Conference, May 2-6, 2018.

It's hard to believe that the ECMAs started 30 years ago. Fast forward to 2018 and the ECMA International Export Buyers Program has flourished to become a North American success story, renowned as a leading 'business to business' marketplace welcoming over 80 international and Canadian delegates, says Shelley Nordstrom, Export Manager for the East Coast Music Association. It has substantially increased the presence of Atlantic Canada and our artists on the global world stage and develops export business opportunities. The program continues to thrive and delivers millions of dollars in annual revenue for East Coast artists and companies and steadfastly builds long-term relationships with international and Canadian booking agents, presenters, festival representatives, promoters, film and music placement supervisors, and media.
