Kevin McIntyre, Acadian music singer/songwriter from Charlo, NB now living in Monton, released his third album entitled, L'axe du viseur in 2016 and is nominated for an ECMA 2017 for Francophone Recording of The Year. The album is on the LeGrenier Musique Label.

Artist and artisan, Kevin McIntyre offers surprising melodies in the indie-rock-folks sound. His songs are poetic, familiar and yet complex. He is a member of the Hay Babies' full band and he is an accomplished musician as well as a producer and editor in his everyday life. He received the artist of the year in Music Awards at the 2014 Gala des Eloizes.

The album contains 9 tracks and all songs are original compositions by Kevin who also plays bass, keyboards and guitars on the album.

Other musicians include: Mathieu LeBlanc, Marc-Andre Belliveau and Pierre-Guy Blanchard

Here are the track titles:

Leica - L'empreinte du doigt - L'aigle passa - Diamant-coeur

Danse sauvage - Bois de verne - Pince -moi - Lever le camp

Parachute

The first radio single to hit the airwaves is Leica. Kevin explains that it expresses the distance between two individuals. Music critic, Samuel Chiasson from Radio-Canada says about the album (It features some of the best pure rock songs made in Acadie).

Atlantic Seabreeze gives this fine Francophone album a full five star rating out of 5 stars on its rating list. Kevin sings each song to perfection and the music adds great sounds to each song.
