Nudie, a traditional country music artist from Charlottetown, PEI is all set to release his new CD on April 22, 2016 entitled, Everything's Different In The Night.

The album was recorded in Peterborough, Ontario with co-producer James McKenty (Blue Rodeo, Cuff The Duke). The album is a collection of songs about relationships, and stories from the road, including the song, Mr. Why'd You Come To Texas, a duet with Sylvie Smith (Evening Hymns) about not knowing how to two-step and Train You Took My Baby, inspired by a trip across Canada.

The outstanding album contains 12 songs, all songs written by Nudie (Matt Putnam) except (If You Really Want Me To I'll Go) by Delbert McClinton.

Here are the 12 song titles:

It Ain't Gonna Happen Today - The Royal Tavern - Mr. Why'd You Come To Texas? - That's All That I've Got - Why'd Ya Do It? - If You Really Want Me To I'll Go - I've Been Here Before - Island Girls - I Had To Learn About Sheila The Hard Way - Hearts & Flowers - Train, You Took My Baby - Everything's Different In The Night

CBC's Bob Mersereau says, One of the best of the new crop of country purists. A gem that blends all the classic sounds of real country music, but never feels old and out of fashion.

Atlantic Seabreeze says, this album has to be the No 1 country album of the year. It has a relaxed vocal style, lyrically sublime songs, his songwriting is strong, the arrangements tasteful. He is Canada's Honky-tonk troubadour and Nudie shines throughout the album with vocal sounds like that of Dwight Yoakham. It's an album that you can play over & over again. The album deserves a 5 star rating out of 5 stars by Atlantic Seabreeze. It is no doubt, this album will be treasured by real traditional country music lovers.
