Lonesome River Band	Ned Crisp and Bottomline	Clay Hess Band

The Rollo Bay, PEI Bluegrass Music Festival takes place on July 3-5, 2015 and will be celebrating their 30th Anniversary.

The Bluegrass festival is considered as one if the biggest Bluegrass Festivals in Atlantic Canada. Organizers have announced three top USA Bluegrass Bands that will be headlining the festival along with 3 out of Province Bands. Many local PEI bluegrass bands will be announced later.

Here are the USA Bands:

LONESOME RIVER BAND:

The band is the most enduring bluegrass bands of all time. They have been on top of all bluegrass groups since 1991. The group has been winning IBMA Awards since 1992 and have collected 49 Awards in various IBMA categories. The band members are: Sammy Shelor, Brandon Rickman, Mike Hartgrove, Barry Reid and Randy Jones.

CLAY HESS BAND:

Clay has been a member of Ricky Skaggs' Kentucky Thunder Band where he won a Grammy Award for the Soldier of The Cross CD a number of years ago and played guitar in the Sierra Hull Band. Clay has also toured with Mark Newton Band and Mountain Heart. Band members are: Clay Hess, Brennan Hess (Clay's son), Irl Hees, Zach Gilmer, and Nick Keen.

NED CRISP AND BOTTOM LINE:

Out of Ashland Kentucky. Their new CD, Taking the Back Roads Home is produced by Don Rigsby. Bottomline have been awarded Bluegrass Group of the the Year 2014 by the International Music and Entertainment Assoc. Band members are: Ned Crisp, Jared Dos, Bryan Ross, Don Rambo and Tyler Robertson.

3 out-of Province bands announced are: The Spinney Brothers, Bluegrass Diamonds and Bluegrass Tradition.
