John Gracie, ECMA winner from Nova Scotia, has just released his 11th album entitled, Fly Me To THe Moon and by all acounts, this album has to be one of John's very best to date.

John a crooner, with a nice relaxed style will have his audience in the palm of his hands singing, as well having his audience dancing the night away with the beautiful written songs of days gone by with the Big Band Sound. However John's band contains only 6 members giving the sounds of a big band.

John has choosen 17 songs for this unbelievable album, and these songs are sung just like the style of earlier artists such as Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Nat King Cole and a recent Michael Buble`. Some of the songs choosen were written by Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Bart Howard, Johnny Mandel and many others.

Here are the song titles:

I've Got You Under My Skin-Fly Me To The Moon-The Shadow of Your Smile-Sunny Side Of The Street-The Summer Wind-Night and Day-Who Can I Turn To-Don't Get Around Much Anymore-I Left My Heart in San Francisco-L.o.v.e-The Good Life-All Of Me-I Wanna Be Around-The Best Is Yet To Come-You Don't Know Me-One For My Baby-The Girl From Ipanema

The album was recorded live at the Harbourfront Lounge at Casino Nova Scotia, Halifax on June 6, 2012 and produced by John Gracie. The musicians include, John Mason, piano-Garth Proude, bass-Georges Hebert, guitar-Jeff Mosher, sax-Ross Billard, organ-Damien Moynihan, drums.
